The Hirvensalon ski resort opened in 1964. This is one of the 20 biggest ski resorts in Finland. Slopes are located in 4 kilometers from the centre of Turku.
There are three lifts and five slopes (max length - 300 meters, height - 60 meters), and a trail for cross-country skiing. All the trails are illuminated. On the children's slope the lift is free. The resort has a cafe, an equipment rental office and a skiing school. The MCC Action Park is also open from May to October.

Photoreview of the MCC Action Park located at the Hirvensalo ski resort near Turku. Visitors over 150 cm tall are invited to drive up (on a ski lift) and than ride down the slope in a special car. There is also a velomobile play-field for kids aged from 3 to 9 years old. The Park is open from May to mid October.
