Naantali Church is the second largest medieval stone church in Finland after the Turku Cathedral. The church is located atop a hill overlooking the calm inner sea. Originally built in 1443, the building retains its excellent acoustics and regularly acts as the venue for concerts and guided tours.
The St. Bridget’s convent was closed in 1544 after the Reformation. The medieval convent church of Naantali is the main venue for the Naantali Music Festival. It is possible for groups to book a private guided visit to the church from Visit Naantali.
At the Naantali Museum it is possible to see the miniature model of convent life.
