Pick out elements of the Finno-Ugric folk costumes and dress up a doll with the Ugrin Paikka Cultural Center at the Kids Friendly World Festival 2016, Finland
On May 28th from 10:00 to 17:00 kids are invited to learn about the Finno-Ugric folk costumes, pick out some costume elements and dress up a doll with the guidance from the Ugrin Paikka Cultural Center's. The Play Zone is part of the Kids Friendly World Festival 2016, which is organized as a quest: kids get Road Maps at the start and follow through all the Play Zones to complete fun tasks, while learning new things. At the end of the road, at the Finish line, all participants will get a guaranteed prize - a bright silicon bracelet and a helium-filled balloon. Kids are invited to join the festival for free.
Kids can join the game at any time during the day, however, visiting all the Play Zones will take at least 1 hour. The festival takes place at the Sirius Sport Complex, which offers free parking to all visitors, there is also a kids-friendly cafe and flowriding, wind-tunnel flying and rope park adventure are available to kids and adults (additional charges apply). Official languages of the festival are: English, Finnish, Russian
