The hotel is constructed in the style of an Alpine chalet, it is located on the outskirts of Rovaniemi, next to the Potimolampi lake. In winter, it is possible to go on a reindeer, snowmobile or husky safari right from the hotel's inner courtyard. There are also cross-country skiing trails running next to the hotel.

Accommodation is available in 70 rooms of various levels of comfort. There are two restaurants on the premises, five conference halls, a Lobby bar, and a sauna on the lake.
