The Särkänniemi Amusement Park is located at the Näsijärvi lake. In winter, the available weekend attractions include: a 168-meters-high lookout tower, the museum of modern art of Sara Hilden, and a revolving restaurant.
In the summer (from the beginning of May until the end of August) an outdoor activity park starts working, as well as the Angry Birds Land, the Koiramäki (Doghill) theme park with mini-zoo, street cafes and souvenir shops.
