In 2017, global Day of the Lion or Lion's Day is celebrated at the Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki on August 10. The Cat's food is often hidden in a cardboard box or a bag and hung up on a high tree. This is how animals have to use their senses and powers to get food, more like in nature.

On this day, the Lions, Tigers, and Snow Leopards will get special bags of food.
