On 10, 11, 17, 18, 26 and 31 of December 2016, also on 1, 6, 7 and 8 of January 2017 (from 10:00 to 15:00), the Nuuksio Reindeer Park welcomes guests, who want to pet and feed reindeer, enjoy a warm glögg and some gingerbread over an open fire in a Lappish White Reindeer hut (tepee). On 10, 11, 17 and 18 of December guests will also be able to meet Santa Clause.

 

The Nuuksio Reindeer Park is located 30 km from Helsinki city center and 1 km from the Haltia Finnish Nature Centre. The park is open for groups on other times by request. Dining in fully licenced WhiteReindeer restaurant by the glow of an open fire.

The Nuuksio Reindeer Park allows children and adults to see reindeer without travelling all the way to Lappland. In just 40 minutes away from the center of Helsinki, families can see, pet and hand feed real reindeer! The park's five tame animals are friendly to visitors and pick moss from the hands of their guests.
