The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is located on the Prado Boulevard in the Palace of the Dukes of Villahermosa and is one of the three most important museums in Madrid (together with The Prado Museum and The Queen Sofia Arts Center).
There are works of Italian primitivists and artists of Northern Europe, as well as Impressionists, Expressionists and masters of the second half of the 20th century.
The museum has a coffee shop, a restaurant and a bookshop, Wi-Fi is available. On Mondays, admission for all visitors is free.
Creative workshops for children aged 3-12 take place on weekends (in Spanish). Tourists who speak English can join family interactive tours of Family Tissen.
