The Prado Boulevard (Paseo del Prado) is also called The Boulevard of Arts, as the three most important museums of Madrid are situated here: The Prado Gallery, one of the largest art museums in the world, The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (State Picture Gallery) and The Queen Sofia Art Center, where the art of the 20-21st centuries is presented (Kandinsky, Dali, Picasso, etc.).
The boulevard is located between the Atocha railway station and The Cibeles square. There are three fountains here: the Fountain of Cibeles, the Fountain of Apollo (or The Seasons), and the Fountain of Neptune.
